Disgusting and harrasment by the bank and Ver-Tex Solutions

I am sick and tiered of Capitec Bank handing me over to the most disgusting and rude Vertex Solutions. They should not be allowed to do business. Capitec has handed me over to Vertex Solutions for the second time due to non payment of my credit card. However I'm under debt review and I'm not in arrears and the amount that I pay was agread upon by the courts and Capitec agreed to it. So I do not know what is going on, but once I have paid off my debt that will be good bye to Capitec Bank and I shall never recommend them to anyone.
