Disgusted with capitec service

Hello, I'm so angry with capitec. When my father passed on he had some cash in his account and we followed all procedures to get the money back from capitec and it's been over 2 months since we were waiting for capitec to come back to us but for some reason we were the once that went to capitec weekly and they kept telling us in the next 14 days the money will be released. We did comply with all they said but still we haven't received any cent from them. As of now we are in debts because we had to borrow money for tombstones and other engagements. Personally i don't think capitec treat their clients with dignity and respect. We don't have food in the house, kids need to go to school and we are borrowing all the way.
