Disgusted with Capitec

I really don't know what is wrong with the banks in this country i tryed to collect a cash send i tryed to send on Friday and it rejected i called the call center they said 4 hours so i then called them today they tell me 5 days for my own money really i am sick and tired with the horrible service I recieved what's so hard to change the status from pending to redeemable
