Disgusted service with a consultant AT Vanguard Mall

What a rude consultant at Vanguard Mall, i went to the branch to open account for my kids as i already havee an account with capitec and she refused to help me telling me she cannot help me with my Green ID?? how ridiculous!!! i have always recommended capitec bank but after that rude consult who was standing by the door on SAT i had to go to STANDARD BANK and actually got help there as a result i'm closing my account and go with standard bank with my whole family!!! PLS TRAIN YOUR STAFF HOW TO TREAT THEIR CUSTOMERS BECAUSE NOW U JUST LOST A CLIENT!!!
