Disgusted in Capitec Bank

I'm writing to formal complaint of an ongoing issue concerning my credit report linked to my Capitec account. Despite multiple communications and visiting the branch over the past 2 months, they have not updated my credit report and close my loan account from 2021. The branch has no record of the account and they tell me they cant help me. I'm very disappointed in Capitec, the inaccuracies remain incorrected, which has negatively impacted my credit worthiness.
