Disgusted

It is with utter digust that my grandmother paid her insurance policy for years with no payout. This is without explanation or tangible reason as to why she had not received her insurance payout. Maybe this is because she never received formal education and advantage of this was taken by the consultants, and she has been paying her policy for years, but the problem is we had to borrow money for the funeral after years of paying the premiums with no decency of explaining as to why she is deemed not to qualify for a payout. Capitec is a disgusting bank and manipulative, and it doesn't care of its customers at all, everyone is just a number.
