Disgusted by your Site C Branch

The service your employees provide at the Site C Branch is absolutely disgusting. I will be switching banks I swear to God, just because we are black we not dumb. I got to the bank right on time at 16:40 your employees were roaming around the whole Plaza becauss they got paid today they feel like they want to leave early. The self serve option is working perfectly fine and their ATMs however their work stations are offline. I am beyond disgusted by the level of service we receive in local branches go to Bellville for an example the service is absolutely on standard but when it comes to a black person to provide service to another black person they will be treated like trash as if they are doing us a favour by working for Capitec.
