Disgusted and utterly disappointed

After chatting to chatbot and getting no where I was eventually transfered to Sihle agent who could not even help me after explaining my query several times, I think she was a trainer because she was removed from my chat as the agent Zainoe advised after she took over that Sihle was taken into a meeting and she will be taken over, I then had to explain over again, what kind of service is that. First Sihle don't end her time with me, second this Zainoe agent asks me after I told her don't waste my time she asks me *Zainoe* How am I wasting your time when I just got the chat. Let's treat each other with respect please.*

They are the customer service agent, I pay their salary and they have the audacity to ask me how are they waiting my time.

Utterly disappointed and disgusted. This happened on the chat WhatsApp number ending with 9565. That's why I changed my salary from this cheap bank to FNB. Much better service.
