Disgusted and Dissapointed

Very dissapointed with this Bank. They come accross as the bank with the lowest bank fees, however they charge additional fees on disputimg of unauthorized dehit orders which I honestly think they load on to their clients profiles themselves as they cannot give you any information on where the debit orders come from. This affects an individuals ITC score as you need to dispute and stop all these unauthorized debit orders every single month. There has been a few bad stories about this Bank, and I honestly think that should someone investigate them thorougly, they will find all of these rats in the ba*****t. Not just is the service the worst I have ever received in a bank, the staff is unhappy and the fees get gathered from different sources without the clients consent. If only one had the oppertunity to close the account, but they find excuses to move debit orders and loans over to other reliable banks. So one does not have any choice but to try get a way out.
