Disgusted

Good day I would like to express my dissatisfaction towards capeitec and nimble group poor service and no empathy towards people.I have a loan with capeitec which I had taken out a few years ago due my company suffering a financial loss I now left without a job and I have been retrenched so I have been down to the capitec branch and they have informed me dey have no dealings with me and this has been handled to nimble group so if u have a loan your insurance was supposed to pay of the loan my policy was lapsed but I was never told of this,how is this fair treatment towards a consumer this is utter nonsense capitec was supposed to inform me of this?????so I then consulted nimble group the worste disgusting group ever their agents call me and drop the line when I tried to speak to them I emailed nadeema from the 15 of November asking her to get the complaints team to contact me she nver bothered all these agents care about is money and paying rude no empathy speak to fast they informed me if I am working or not retrenched or not I must still pay??????are they insane I WANT THE COMPLAINTS team to contact me before I take them to the FCA and the OBUDSMAN on how I have been treated
