Disguising Service

Capitec Staff in Eastgate Mall. Ntombozi not sure of the surname is the most disrespectful consultant I have ever spoken to in my like. I am livid by the level of discourteous she use to speak to me over the phone while my mother was at the branch. Instead of her explaining calmly to her about the requested she had made she screams and even had the audacity tell me it's not her job.

My mom went in to deposit money on the specific account number I had provided to her. I have two additional account under my main saving account at Capitec. She deposit the money on the main account and I did not want that. Lucky before my mother could leave the bank I called to inform her that the money was in the incorrect account, she told the consultant"Ntombozi" and on the phone I could hear her shouting and complaining.. Even heard her at one point saying I won't reverse the money. When I asked my mom to please hand the phone to her she just screamed at me and I decided to hang up the phone. I called the branch landline on *** and asked to speak to the branch manger, "like I've never in my life experience such rudeness" the lady laughed and gave the phone to some lady who explained that she is the assistant branch manager and the branch manager is unable to come to the phone. I didn't want to speak to her cause I felt it was just a lie.

I'm fuming by the abusive way they spoken to my mom and myself. My mom is old and there's no way one can disrespect an elder the way she did and we are both customers and dont deserve to be spoken to that manner.

I would rather change banks then to deal with such!!!!
