Disgruntled Customer.

I have a loan with Capitec which i have been paying monthly and then when Covid started in March missed an installment and continued paying as per normal from April, in June it was advertised that Capitec is assisting their clients with the covid relief which i called them about to decrease my installment to R1,200, whicwas for June and July then in August i paid R2,489 the normal debit order amount.

Now in September, the debited me X3 times. i then went to the branch to request for a reversal of the X2 debit orders because i wont be able to manage my household because it was almost my entire salary. The Gentleman at the branch told me to return Saturday because its not reflecting, i returned Saturday to be told they will approve one.Monday i explained my story with the lady i called i called because they were saying i did not make an arrangement and i am in arrears i explained the covid relief, and the lady said she would reverse the X2 debit orders once it has refelcted on her side, it did not happen. Tuesday i called again spoke to X2 people and only one was reversed and was told to be patient, Wednesday i called again the lady said a different thing and i had to explain to her again because all they were interested in was if i made an arrangement or not. so i had to explain my story to her again which she rudely said she will reverse it and i must make arrangement, i have still not received the funds. And they are still doing enquiries on my name and threatening to hand my account over. I have spoken to x6 people and yet i still havent received funds.
