Disgraceful customer service

I will never recommend Capitec business banking to anyone , I have still not received my money after lodging with Hello Peter. This bank is not worried about customers and don't care almost two weeks they have not resolved my query. The payment department don't exist, they need to reimburse me for my time and money they holding back. Disgraceful Capitec
