Disgraceful Conduct
My domestic had R1300 **********ly debited off her account. She has been trying for months to resolve this with Capitec and they have finally told her to take this up with the company that debited the amount, but she explained to them she had no idea who this was. They said they would send her an email. Its been months and nothing has arrived. For a bank to not only ignore ***** but to also punish its customers at any time, let alone COVID, is an absolute disgrace. I will be reporting them to the banking ombudsmen. Disgusting behaviour.

We have case numbers dating back to Sept/October last year? You are *****ing from the poor. I think my next stop will be Carte Blanche.
