Discrepancy unhappy with service, email given to deal with matter doesnt exist.

There is discrepancy on my loans with capitec bank where the distributions where made but slight changes occurs until I went to the nearest branch ,where i Discover my accounts reflected on the system that they are in errears with AF R 23 892,68 loan and the PL R 803,37. There was no change for a long period of time until last year I made a complain through the same platiform Hellopeter and R24 000 was deposited to the access Facility and other accounts remained with slight change so this month I stopped the debit order I transfer the money to those account through my capitec app as instructed by the consulted at the branch the amount changed to show there was contribution from my side. I will also call NCR if this matter is not resolved. That R 24 000 that was made I enquire about it ,they said it was not them so I guess fell from the sky into my account.
