I was handed over by Capitec Bank to Hammond pole and my balance was confirmed by both companies that including all costs it is a R54000 something and i have been paying for so many months and whenever i called regarding my balance they told how much it has dropped to... then i received settlement discounts and i responded to an email that said my balance was R42900 and after my 20% discount it will be R34000 and so i asked if they can push it further because i can afford R27000 to R30000 by the 24th of November because ill be getting backpay for hours they owe me at work and Nompumelelo the lady who had called me never rep**** or called again... i then called in a fter a few days and i spoke to Aliaster and he promised to get back to me but never did... i then called in today and spoke to Olwethu and i was told No i dont qualify for more than 20% ... Then he tells me my balance is R54000 ... how come? Ive been paying for a long time and my statement doesnt say so and even the email they sent said i owe what i knew im supposed to be owing ... how can my balance stay the same for so many months... and my other question is am i supposed to stay in debt even when im trying to resolve my issues? They have offered me 30% before ... and i didnt have money and now i do... why cant they work with me ... am i supposed to keep the money till a certain period of time or use the money for something else... are they tryna destroy me or are they tryna get their money? Also that Balance story is now driving me insane... This is ****************!
