Disclosure and freezing my personal account

I K M Kekana I am having a personal acc with ur branch in Jubille Mall in Hammanskraal.on saturday I was surprised to learn that my personal acc has been freezed.on Monday I went to the branch to ask what was happening they told me that a certain lady called Lucky Mashilo come and say they must close my acc cose I owed her n some people,without being contacted my acc was freezed.I want to knw that how is it possible that my acc can be closed by someone who does is not my business partner,how come a member of ur staff showed somebody balances,there was no court order or a police case.on Monday when I ask the manager to open my acc they called the lady to tell her that I was at the bank.I want to know who she is on my matters with ur bank.I was never called or informed when they freeze my acc.where is the confidatiality between the client and the bank.please help me,I need that money
