DISCHARGE INTEREST BULL@#$%

I've been a very happy customer with Capitec since 2015. Last year I took out quite a substantial loan from Capitec. Yesterday I settled this loan as per the settlement amount on my APP and the Fixed Term Loan Statement. Much was my surprise this morning when I expected to see a R0.00 balance, but instead was slapped with an amount owing of R1 274.23 fro discharge interest and a R69 service fee?????? What load of ******* is this?!?!?!?! Service fee for WHAT?! And DISCHARGE INTEREST on WHAT?! Cause you're no longer making R42 000 worth of interest out of me if I had stick to the term? I WANT THIS REVERSED!!!!!!!!!! I've paid you your money back in FULL!!!!!! Think carefully or Capitec will loose a valuable customer!!!!!
