Disc renewal

I renewed a disc via capitec and on the third of December I received an sms saying my disc is out for delivery so I waited thought maybe it will be delivered in the next 3-5 working days but still no phone call nothing. The grace days are about to expire and still nothing. I went to the branch to ask and they'll lady who was helping me said they know nothing about deliveries but they only help with money to rmtc after that theres nothing they can help me with
