Disappointment of a bank

I am a pensioner and i have recently opened a capitec buisness account to deposit my funds that I make day to day in I sell chicken n clothes n stuff from home to make myself a income. . So I received some funds from someone who also resells for me mind you this is the first time I receive funds boom capitec buisness ***** department puts a stop on my acc . I have emailed them proof of wer the funds comes from a picture of myself holding my ID.. my damn acc is stil closed .. I have heard about them closing accounts deliberately but because I'm a pensioner I did not think it will happen how dumb was I to choose capitev I'm so dissatisfied and diaaappinted in this ****ty bank ! I can't resell as I'm out of funds almost 2weeks later and the people is questioning my authority just wow!
