Disappointing service Capitec Bank

I am so disappointed in Capitec. My friend sent money that was meant for me into an incorrect account. Instead of performing a reversal like any other banking institution we are told that she must wait for Capitec to get permission from the lady who received the money, REALLY??!! Does that even make sense?? what if you dont get hols of her?? what happens then to her money?
