Disappointing Online Business Platform

Capitec BUSINESS Bank. Can't comment on the private bank, but the Business bank (previously Mercantile) is an absolute joke! Arguably the most frustrating experience of the month trying to navigate their online platform. Its slow, you can't view things properly, I've been kicked out numerous times, it doesn't show balances of one's accounts when doing multi payments, It states error almost every 3rd payment. Sometimes have to attempt to long in more than once to get my otp... The list goes on.

I would strongly recommend going with any other bank for business purposes. I will be moving all of my funds across next year. For sure!

Note: I'm 35, and tech savvy. Seriously disappointing.
