Disappointing governance

I am beyond disappointed with this bank, they blocked my daughters accpunt qnd marked her as a ********* just because someone deposited funds in her account and then went to say my daughter de*****ed her. We were not contacted for questioning, how does a 16year old de***** an adult? What proof did capitec get before concluding? I want this accpunt opened and my child's money back and done with this ******* bank. I even have an accpunt with capitec for many years and a credit card but never saw this coming. This is *********, the account is not blocked from receovk gone but the money is put on hold and I list release it with an affidavit, together with the person who reported it as **********. This is beyond poor.
