Disappointing Capitec

Why on earth did Capitec decline my Vodacom debit order? Do you people know what you are doing to my credit rating? Do you people know how difficult is it for me as a black person to get a good credit rating? Can someone from Capitec please have the decency to tell me why was my Vodacom debit order declined while I have money in my bank account. You service is disappointing!!!!?
