DISAPPOINTING!!!
My aunt got kidnapped on the 21st of August and wanted her to give her money. She could only transfer R1000 as her daily limit did not allow her to send more.
They let her go after taking her phone and card. The card was blocked however they managed to withdraw R11 000 that Monday.
The bank didn't assist at all and she had to move her money to a different bank to avoid her money being taken because y'all aren't doing your job. They told her to block her card via the app! HOW? When the phone was taken???
