Disappointed with capitec

My partner used capitec bank to pay for unisa fees for the both us last year, he then sent me proof of payment for submission to unisa finance.our unisa accounts were not credited. Unisa then check their bank statements and confirmed that the amount showed as paid on the Pop however it doesn't reflect on their BS. My partner since reported the matter to capitec and we have not received any assistance. When we go to the branch you hear lot of stories. The way I'm so frusted I'm taking all my products to another bank.
