Disappointed warning to Capitec Bank User

<p>Hello </p> <p>i have experience that Capitec Bank and its Agent they are not Good at all i try to contact this bank and make a query about wrong transiction i made, but they will tell you to many differnt story, they cannot be trusted ,once you do what they advise you to do they come with other Lie and ignore what they telling you first. Capitec Bank is Bank that you cannot recommend ppl to use but to play far away from using it. they implement cellphone banking but Failing to take resiponsible for wrong transction as a bank. reason i m saying this is because as a bank and dealing with many client you should able to handle this as Financial insititute. we all make mastake, as a bank you should take responsible. and do honourable thing to reverse the money. CAPITEC BANK IS NOT GOOD BANK TO USE> MY ADVISE TO SOUTH AFRICAN.</p>
