Disappointed once again at Capitec Bank & Spark ATM

I have never received any joy from Capitec Bank.

I recently logged a complaint with the regarding money that never came out of the spark ATM and trust me they declined my refund stating that the money came out (mind you it's only R150 plus bank charges but they not even willing to negotiate). I logged a complaint in September and they have only ever called me once to give me feedback that they not going to refund me, but then again what am I expecting from such an *********** bank. I've previously experienced them with my loan and credit card disputes once again no JOY.

I'll just be closing my account with them because honestly I don't want to do business with a company that doesn't pride themselves on delivering customer service.

They should just call me and close my account because I'm honestly done and do not have the energy to deal with them anymore.
