DISAPPOINTED ON THE SERVICE OF CAPITEC TO ITS USERS
If a zero was there on ratings I would. On 5/07/2023 I sent money to a colleague who uses Capitec bank and to date she hasn't received the money. She tried to contact the bank and no help. She called until all her airtime is depleted. I am so disappointed on Capitec because she was so desperate for that money

27 Jul 2023, 13:54Capitec Bank why are you not responding my emails. I was contacted on Friday and I shared the documents that were requested of me. I have been asking to be updated but no response. This issue is really frustrating.
