Disappointed in Serviceregarding my loan

<p>On the25th I think is the date i went to Capitec Bank at Hyperama in Edenvale to change my personal details including my cellphone number and to advise them that I have recently become unemployed and that I am a single mother of two small children and I do not receive maintenance from my ex husband as we dont even know where he is. I have been a good client to Capitec. I have changed my personal details everytime a change has happened in my life and I have in full paid a previous loan timeously. I am now in a situation that there is no money coming in and therefore I approached the bank to advise them and seek help. I managed to do a freelance job and got paid very little R163 or so that I was hoping to use towards my sons birthday present tomorrow the 6th of July. The bank took that money off my loan that I thought would not be the case due to me advising the bank. Tomorrow my son wakes up and I have nothing to give him. Nothing! Whats the point of trying to work freelance jobs if I am unable to provide food or anything towards my children and their birthday, their education if every little bit of freelance work i get in the interim until I find a full time job gets taken away from the bank even though I did the right thing. I recieved a sms on the 26th asking me to rate their service. Im so glad I didnt rate it as yet, because theirservice was kind, understanding and friendly but their follow through has put me and my children in a worse financial state. Please help.
