Disappointed in Capitec Bank/ Forex

In all my years of banking with Capitec I have some varied experiences but yet I stayed true to the brand because I believed in what they stood for.

Lately it seems as though Capitec have found themselves in a position of question specifically with me. A few months ago, I took up employment outside of SA and I went through the usual rigmarole of filling the Standing Instruction and Indemnity Form. The company that I worked went through a re-branding process that changed the name and of course everything that went with it. two months ago and as per usual I received an email from Capitec Forex asking the usual questions and within 24hrs my salary was paid in and in the same breathe, this was once more the case for last months salary.

This time round, it seems that Capitec took their sweet time to let me know, after I had sent multiple emails and made multiple calls that were never answered because "All our consultants are busy at the moment!!!!!!" and I am holding on the line from a foreign country and the call was at my expense. That being said, eventually received and email to send them updated Standing Instruction and Indemnity form, which I did and even followed up with multiple emails but still no response back, "mmmmmm, I wonder what the excuse this time is going to be!!!!!!!!"

Capitec Bank/ Forex, you have let me down one to many times and I have pretty much had enough of it. You were good to me while it lasted but the disappointments have become unbearable to say the least. Your tardiness have resulted in me now going to close my account with you and seek out greener pastures with a Banking society that can better take care of my requirements.

Thank you for your reply but I am trying to understand why this process is such a lengthy one considering that you have all my details on record the only difference is the change of the Company Name and that is it, yet you still have my salary and my debtors are chancing me and not Capitec bank.
