Disappointed in capitec bank

What a disappointment can capitec bank be.. My account was just put on hold without my consent because of someone deposited their sick money into my bank account Capitec just decided to block my account Now i cant access or do anything on my account because of a stupid human being.. How can a bank pit my account on hold after someone just reports my account Not even the bank bothered to tell me about this they just put it on hold without me knowing Now my account is with forensic Like im some ****ing ******* Capitec please get back to me and fix this shiit I WANT MY ACCOUNT BACK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
