Disappointed in Capitec

Good day. So disappointed in Capitec bank. I have a savings acc with them for over 5years or so,.I also have a long-term loan with them . Cutting my story short,.For the the past 6 months I haven't been working and I made arrangements with them that I will continue paying my loan as soon as I get a job and or I'd make payments whenever I had money available. I got a job in February 2018 and I still continued banking with them, but I no longer earned as much as I did so I decided to go under debt review to be able to pay all my creditors,. My debt review was approved, but my problem is when my salary reported into my Capitec bank acc they took all of it and left my acc with nothing, although I'm under debt review,.Is this legal?..I have other creditors and commitments too you know. I need my salary reversed back and if its a problem for me as a client using your bank, I'll be more then happy to use another south African bank.
