Disappointed customer

I'm solely dissapointed with capitec bank service I bought a bus ticket from Jhb to Cape Town. That bus service canceled of which iam on to them next after this capitec issue. I then reversed the money back in to my account since I got a message showing a case number and that ill be contacted in few days. From the 29th of January till today 09 of February I have never been contacted... Capitec can I kindly be reversed my money because there is nothing to investigate here since the trip was canceled and I took my money back which doesn't even appear on my bank account till today.
