Disappointed customer.

I have too much debt and I requested that Capitec bank lower my interest rate as I am paying over half of the installment goes to interest. I wrote to them as a loyal customer but on email no response. I am disappointed with their service, it's like they don't care about their loyal customers. I am thinking of abandoning this bank.
