Disappointed Customer

Capitec bank worst service.

I visited the Randpark Ridge branch; they assisted me with a loan; only to say that they need to send my foreign marriage certificate for Fica; no reference number or feedback. I told the consultant to let me know so I can make alternative options by the next day lunch time how far is the Fica. Went back after a day; the consultant just said no response and take the alternative route. She did not even show me proof that they had send it. I am very disappointed on the treatment they gave me.
