Disappointed Client

I received a call ***) on Thursday about 3.30pm from a lady stating that I qualify for a personal loan of R 250 000 with an interest rate of 12.50%, we had a discussion of a specific amount and what I will pay monthly if I took the loan, there was no discussion that I could qualify for that. She said I just need to go into the bank with my card and my recent payslip. I go into the bank, to my disappointment only to find out that I do not qualify not even for R 200 000 and the interest rate is more than what I am currently paying for my current loan I already have with Capitec. To Capitec! do not contact your clients and mislead them, this is really unprofessional and dishonest, if this ever happens again I will take my business else where.
