Disappointed client

Yhoooooo I don’t want to lie their new improved system on funeral claims sucks I made a claim on Tuesday even now at this time I still haven’t received the payment how absurd is that their system was working perfectly fine before they updated it this past weekend my question is why fix something that is not broken 😡
