Disappointed candidate

Iam just concerned about the recruitment process you know there's is nothing more realiving that being told of the reason why you were not considered for a certain job/position I wrote an assessment at cape town in Bellville in August 2017 and passed the assessments and was told I was going to get a call about the details of the interview to cut the story short Never had I got that call nor email just to let me know what happened. I just wanted to know how does your recruitment work,I walked out of that assessment room Very excited thinking atleast I made it to the next steps but dololo .
