Disappointed

I’m so disappointed at capitec . I asked Shein for refund & they did process my refund also it is successful & it has been Handled by my institution which is capitec but yet my money is not reflecting on my account & 48 hours has already passed, when I contacted them they tell me that Shein is the one handling my refund while Shein has already process it the only thing capitec was supposed to do is to send my refund on account.
