Disappointed

I'm heavily pregnant and was told by the bank manager that I should queue and stand outside the bank. I requested to at least get a seat inside but she refused. This was before a customer handed over her ticket to me so we could exchange places in the queue because I couldn't stand any longer. This happened at capitec Bank in Guguletu mall next to shoprite.
