Disappointed

Still waiting for my mom to receive her money back from capitec. Transaction was declined yet the money went out of her account. We’ve been going from capitec to the merchant whereby the merchant called capitec and was advised that the money is still there hanging and we visit a capitec branch. Now capitec is saying the matter is closed though we’ve not received the money
