Disappointed at Managers indifference and bad attitude

Really disappointed with the attitude of Bluff Capitec. I wasted my time and energy phoning them to report some ********* behaviour. The lady Celes was very pleasant, but when she called me back, she seemed only interested in one thing: extracting an affidavit from some pensioners who I was helping. When she realised that they will not be writing the affidavit, she cut the call. She didn't get back to me, although I told her I was willing to give her an affidavit on my name. Really sad because I wasted my precious time telling them the truth and they so clearly don't care a damn about harrasment from their staff.
