Disappointed and hurt.

There are no words to describe how disappointed I am in capitec bank. I have a loan with capitec. I've been in a vehicle accident. I'm not working. I asked capitec to place my loan on hold just for 5 months as I am on temporary disability and will be receiving very little income. However capitec has no heart. They insist payment must be made. They want to reduce the installment which doesn't make a difference as I am without income. It's frustration and sad to bank with your bank for many years and now realize they don't care for your well being. It's just about the money. I would recommend choose a bank that will really care for you. Not treat you as a statistic and what they can get out of you. I'm truly disappointed.
