Disappointed and disgusted
Horrible service. Blocking customer accounts based on false allegations. What type of ***** team does Capitec have instead of query and investigating. My Capitec business account has been blocked because I was admitted into hospital and had to pause operation. I'm opening a fnb or tyme bank business account as Capitec is absolutely shocking.

04 Apr 2026, 16:41There is still no help after contacting help desk for resolution. Small business owners do not use Capitec business. After being a Capitec client for 15 years I would not recommend using their business option.
