Disappointed

On the 15th of August I made an online purchase for R37 nappies, little did I know it was a online **** three days later R473 was debited on my acc. Went to the branch and was adviced to do a new card of which I did same time and a query was logged for me but till today no feedback and was told the new card has new online details.... On the 31th of August after making a new card and logging a query another R473 is debited, I really can't I'm currently on metenity leave and money is beong taken of my account even after making a new card.
