Disappointed

Hi there Talking behalf of my brother .... Employee from capital bank stole my brother money on his savings account and main account without permission. And now they said we should open a case for the person while my brother bank with capital and don't even taking us serious about this matter ... We need help because the savings are need before the end of November for serious matter at home please guys.
