DISAPPOINTED!!!!!

As a BLACK SOUTH AFRICAN ,one SHOULD feel protected by the bank they deal with. In a recent case of ***** which was reported to the bank on the same day of the events BUT to be told that they are not responsible or liable .I have been a loyal client of CAPITEC but after being told that the bank is in no position to help me makes me ask why should I bank with them! We giving you business but what do we get in return?As a PROUD BLACK SOUTH AFRICAN I wish there were more BLACK OWNED BANKS where we can have more trust in.
