Disappointed

Lost my job while I had a loan with den. Account was handed over to mbd. Paid it as soon as I got a job in 2020. Still showing on my file at capitec. Was told it will stay der forever bcos my acc was sold to mbd. Why did I pay if my status will not be fixed. Did I say u my sell my acc? 5 yrs later. Am still flagged dat am owing capitec. Am so disappointed. Ppl needs to know der is no use of paying ur capitec debt if it's handed over cos it will be on ur file as unpaid forever.
