Disappointed

<p>I opened a Capitec bank account yesterday to safe hold someone's money... I have a loan with Capitec but it comes off my fnb account unfortunately this month I couldn't pay and they decided to take the loan amount off my Capitec account which to me is not acceptable I did not sign for that nor was I ever told that they are allowed to that.. I asked them to reverse it and they refused.... To me this is ******* as I never gave my concent for this! Nor did I recieved any phone calls to make other arrangements. </p> <p>Fix this Capitec! </p>
